Raleigh is one of the world’s oldest and best known bike brands. Established in 1887 in Nottingham England, we’re still based in our home town. Chances are that you rode a Raleigh when you were younger – and maybe you still do now.
We’re renowned for our iconic bikes such as the Burner, Grifter and Chopper, as well as cutting-edge bikes like TI-Raleigh Tour-de-France-winning 753 steel frames. Our bike design and wheel building still happen at our Head office in Nottingham and it is a tradition that will continue for many years to come.
We’re now part of the Accell Group, a European-based company who own a collection of Bicycle and Accessory brands throughout Europe and North America. Our partnership with Accell Group allows us to share knowledge, technology and innovations between these brands to deliver the best possible product for our customers.
We are a small British company dedicated to making cycling fun for children. We believe that the lighter the bike, the easier it is for children to learn to ride, and to enjoy it more as they progress. Many kids’ bikes on the market weigh nearly as much as the child!
The founders, Jerry and Shelley, are a couple who have 2 small children of their own – both keen cyclists. So they know something about what motivates children to get on their bikes! Since the first prototype arrived, the bikes have always been robustly tested by the children and all their friends. Frog is proud to be a family run and owned business. In fact, in 2017 we won the FSB & Worldpay family business of the year award for the south-east region.
Since 1983 Ridgeback has been creating high quality bicycles used for everything from round the world adventures to daily commutes.
Arguably our most exciting introduction for 2018 comes in the shape of Ridgeback Kids Club. Created as part of a complete overhaul of our kid’s product, Ridgeback Kids Club is a platform for parents to share their tiny explorer’s cycling journey with others. At the same time, we’ll be providing tips and tricks to help keep cycling fun, but also safe. To learn more visit our dedicated Ridgeback Kids website
Our 2018 range sees additions to our ever popular touring range and also a new E-Bike in the form of Cyclone. Specified with a pannier rack and full length mudguards, Cyclone is the perfect alternative to unreliable public transport or expensive car running costs.
Whatever your budget or riding style, we’re sure that that you’ll find a Ridgeback that’s right for you. Once you’ve found the bike that matches your needs, search for your nearest stockist at ridgeback.co.uk then go along and test it for yourself.
BRAKE Bikes are a company from Greenwich, the bikes are an eclectic fusion of the Californian influence on style, combined with British design.
The Brake bikes concept of Brake was born whilst Rachel Thomas was living in Los Angeles. Realisation of the concept led to a fact-finding visit to Taiwan for manufacturing processes. It was here that Rachel’s British design influence resulted this first edition of unique fashion bikes.
Founder and Designer Rachel Thomas, born and resides in London UK, has the passion for this unique limited edition of less than 100 bikes per edition in each collection.
Based in the creative heart of London, we are a team of passionate cyclists with over fifty years combined experience in the cycling and design industries. We are dedicated to ensuring our bikes deliver timeless elegance, style and comfort.
Our company and range of bikes continues to grow to meet the demand from the market, retailers and of course our family of fans. FOFFA bikes are proud to be leading the revolution in style conscious non-competitive cycling.
The Dawes bicycle brand offers you the unique blend of British heritage and outstanding performance. It all started in 1906 when Charles Dawes went into business in a partnership known as Humphries & Dawes with the Humphries side of the business making motor cycles.
By 1926 Dawes Cycles Limited had been formed in its own right and the business hasn’t looked back since. The Dawes factory made bikes for the armed services during the war and has supported a whole host of British racing cyclists over the years both on and off-road.
The quality of many of our production models has allowed them to become benchmark products such as the Galaxy tourer and Kingpin folder.
Always operating from the Birmingham area, the company still has a limitless passion for quality, service and cycling. The comprehensive range of bicycles delivers the highest quality, from its core of experienced, knowledgeable staff and excellent network of independent retailers.
We concentrate our efforts on giving our customers the reassurance that their bicycle will give them great service and unbeatable value, a testament that is borne out by a host of independent magazine reviews.
We sincerely hope you choose a Dawes product and begin to share our passion for two wheels.
